#7095 4.0.6 bugs I've found so far
2 years, 9 months ago Edited by Kyle Devir on May 31, 2016, 2:53 p.m.

- Attempting to kill a buffer that isn't saved, with any choice, has a high chance of causing a segmentation fault. Yes and no answers almost certainly segfault. Save sometimes doesn't.
- A rare bug with searching / reverse searching. Can't remember how I triggered it. Also causes a segfault.
- cmdid_copy and cmdid_cut don't always add stuff to the clipboard. Sometimes, they work, mostly they don't. Not sure what causes it.

Huh interesting. I the two segfaults you mentioned may or may not be fixed, both of those systems are improved in the next build.

The copy-paste stuff is more interesting. Are you saying that they don't go to 4coder's own clipboard, or they don't go to the OSes clipboard? Also what OS is this on. I have never had or heard of this issue so more details would be great.

Also send your bugs and details to [email protected] in the future, I will see them sooner and be able to track them better that way.
