Am I missing an option or do I just not know how to do this? I very much prefer a blinking bar cursor to a static block, is there a customization option? I'd take a colored bar as my mark point as well, again to show where the action will end...

Where the pipes are the cursor and mark point, I can easily see what's getting yanked/copied/pasted...

Also, the cursor should blink and be colorizable.

There is no option for this right now.

I do want to add an option for it in the future, probably sometime in the first half of 2017.
