OS X blurry font rendering

Hi. Can I somehow increase resolution of rendered fonts in 4coder OS X? It's looking very blurry which makes it harder to read. I don't remember having issues like that on windows in the past.
I'm running 2017 MacBook Pro i5.

Yes, I've been struggling with the blurriness on Mac, as far as I can tell it's just a failure of the DPI handling code. I plan to do a build for renderer replacement sooner or later, when I do I'll also do a big upgrade to font rendering.
I assume I can't set dpi by my own?
It would be very helpful to let user hack some 'not quite working' things.
Yes I agree, I just haven't been able to find that thing in this case. Fonts are blurry for me on Mac too, and I haven't been able to find any easy way to fix it so far. The blurriness is caused by OS automatically rescaling the window after it is rendered to a different DPI target. If you can turn off that rescaling and then make much larger text it would look better, I just don't know how to even do that much right now.
