I've just gone back to windows on my laptop and have 4.0.30 installed. It looks like the viewport is out and when scrolled to the top left of any buffer the content is not all on the screen as shown in this image:
Windows display scaling doesn't seem to affect it nor does font size. I don't seem to have this on my desktop. Any information that anyone needs to help look at this please let me know.

Thanks for the report, there are a few cases of this. So far it seems to be windows 10 specific, although I was under the impression it was related to a DPI scaling issue. I don't know what information is relevant to the problem right now, but I'll be in touch with an update on this when I know more.
