Don't create new directory when new file is created
Edited by steughar on Reason: Initial post
When I'm trying to create new file into new directory nothing happen. File is successfully saved, but in explorer (Windows 10) there are no new folder. No errors or exception is occurred.

What I'm doing:
1. C-n
2. type in new directory name and filename like ../newFolder/main.c
3. type something into file
4. C-s

No file created

Also getting this same error. It's saving fine in-editor, but Explorer is not displaying it even after a refresh. :/

Heyo
Don't create new directory when new file is created
I'm not sure if 4coder should create the folder when you save that way, I'll have to think about it, but 4coder does have a problem where it ignores whether or not the save was successful and always acts like it was successful. Addressing this is on my to-do list it just hasn't made it to the top yet. I'll bump it up thanks to your note!

Just to give this feature request some support.
It would be really cool if you could also create directories in 4coder,
this way one would have to leave the IDE less often.

Apart from that I have to say really nice job! 4coder feels really nice to use.
